Network

Over the years I have developed an extensive international network of local counsel around the world. I have hired and worked with some of the best lawyers in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America. Numerous international and multi-country transactions have required that I hire, coordinate and/or lead teams of lawyers spanning multiple time zones.

My recommendation or selection of local counsel relies on two factors: quality and relationships. My clients get the best results not only if I recommend or select the top practitioners in the jurisdiction in the required specialty, but also by relying on the personal relationships with other lawyers developed over years of working together and depending on each other to achieve a client's objectives.
