Over the years I have developed an extensive international network of local counsel around the world. During my time at Baker & McKenzie, and then at Winston & Strawn, I have hired and worked with some of the best lawyers in Europe, Asia and Latin America. Numerous international and multi-country transactions have required that I hire, coordinate and/or lead teams of lawyers spanning multiple time zones.
